I. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy outlines how the personal data of Users is collected, processed, and stored, which is necessary for providing services electronically via the website https://www.ladwadent.pl/ (hereinafter: the Website).
The Website collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered within it.

In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims regarding periodic benefits and business activities – 3 years (unless otherwise specified by a special regulation).

Users' personal data may be shared with entities associated with the Administrator, subcontractors, and entities cooperating with the Administrator, such as e-payment providers, courier/postal service providers, and law firms.
